The Empower app has been developed in coordination with, and is used by participants of, various reputable youth employment programs. These include Baltimore County Summer Youth Employment Program, Mayor's Youth Employment Program in Charlotte, Denver Youth Employment Program, DESC and Connect Detroit by Grow Detroit's Young Talent, Summer Jobs Connect program in Miami, and Raleigh Summer Youth Employment Program & Partnership Raleigh.

Empower provides essential features for both participants and coaches, including program status and obligations, financial goals tracking, savings and hours worked monitoring, creating financial budgets, messaging capabilities, and access to educational courses.

This app aims to equip users with the necessary knowledge and skills to enhance career readiness and improve financial management.
